Prices and forwarding expenses

The prices get on including legal sales tax. The forwarding expenses depend on the amount of the ordered goods as well as the dispatch kind and are clearly informed of you before delivery of your obliging order.

Contract end

The representation of the products in the on-line shop shows no juridically binding offer, but a non-binding on-line catalogue. After input of your personal data and by click of the badge "order conclude" in the final step of the order process you deliver an obliging order of the goods contained in the goods basket. The confirmation of the entrance of the order follows immediately on sending the order. The bill of sale comes about with our delivery confirmation or delivery of the goods. Should you receive within 2 weeks no delivery confirmation or delivery from us, you are not bound any more to your order.

Delivery

You take the prospective delivery time please from the product description. If there no information is provided, the delivery occurs with order acceptance within 14 days.

They can revoke your contract explanation within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the thing leaves to you before the deadline - also by return of the thing. Cancellation results

End of the cancellation instruction

The cancellation right does not exist:

- If the product ordered by you serves your commercial or independent professional purposes.

- For the goods which are made after customer specification or are cut unambiguously on the personal needs.

- For goods on grounds of her state are not suitable for a return or fast can go bad or whose best-before date would be crossed.

- By delivery of audiorecordings or video recordings or software if the sealed data carrier was unsealed by the customer.
